AN EVENT BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUFFERED with issues of ADDICTION, TRAUMA + EMOTIONAL PAIN 
for

  • Young Adults (18-30somethings) who have suffered and/or continue to suffer in places of emotional darkness, seeking for the light of healing and wellness.
  • Family Members + Friends of those who have suffered and/or continue to suffer.
  • Our local Palm Beach County + Surrounding Area Community Members because when even one of us is broken, wounded or fallen, we, as a community, are part of the healing + nurturing.

COST: This event is a FREE awareness and prevention project to bring into focus issues that plague young adults in contemporary U.S.A.. 

There is a suggested donation of $10 but NO ONE is obligated to pay. Those who can give we are thankful for your kindness to help this event and other programs for young adults through SEEK{ers} flourish and grow!


EVENT INFO:

  • AM + PM Yoga Classes for anyone who wants to participate
  • A Hearty + Healthy Lunch 
  • Mid-day Meditation (20 minute) + Mid-day Mindfulness Practice (20 minutes) options during the lunch hour
  • A BOOKSTORE table where you can purchase literature related to the experience of, and healing from, issues of addiction, emotional pain, and suicidality. 
  • SPEAKERS who have experienced the pain of suffering, found their way to personal healing, and then went on to help others heal as well--as therapists, advocates, and spokespersons. 
  • PANEL discussion with our speakers where the community has time to interact with speakers, and all can talk about these taboo issues openly and honestly.
  • DISPLAY TABLES and staff from local agencies, nonprofits, and businesses which support and care for young people afflicted by issues of addiction, emotional pain, and suicidality.
  • MICRO-DOCUMENTARY viewing which explores the VOICES of those who have suffered in their own darkness and telling the story of those who found their way to light, and remember those who have been lost along the way.
